At Event Ideals, we do our best to pack and ship each order quickly and carefully so your celebration pieces arrive in time and in beautiful condition.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day unless otherwise noted on the product page. Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed once a package is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at alicia@eventideals.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
